Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy & Airway Health

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) is a program used to correct breathing, swallowing, and chewing disorders, normalize freeway space, help stabilize the bite, and eliminate detrimental oral habits such as tongue-thrusting and thumb-sucking. OMT stabilizes orthodontic, surgical, and dental results.
The habits we develop when we are young, form our behaviors later in life. By training the muscles in the face to act in their optimal biological way, muscle memory can keep the teeth and jaw in alignment as we grow and develop.
